Tankless / On-Demand Water Heaters
Tankless water heaters are also called on-demand water heaters, because hot water comes out instantly, whenever it is needed. In addition to saving energy, these units are also space-efficient. The unit mounts directly on the wall either inside on an exterior wall, (or outside). The internal units are a direct vent, which means that they vent dirctly to the outside using a vent pipe. Combustion air is brought back through the dual vent pipe making it so you only need one vent pipe and not two. The exterior units mount directly on the outside and need no covering or protection. There are clearance requirements that are needed for the units venting system. The units we are certified to install and service are called Rinaii and Noritz
This unit is installed with a recirculation system so that hot water is at the master bath (with no wait time) which is approximately 120 feet away
This is an external unit in the construction process. We removed the 40 gallon water heater from the room below and relocated an external unit to here. It is high due to being in snow country...
